Each of the seven developments is well-maintained and is composed of safe and quiet neighborhoods. This Housing Authority prides itself in providing safe, sanitary and decent housing at an affordable rent. Each apartment has central heat and air conditioning, a gas range, a frostless refrigerator and washer and dryer connections. Bathrooms feature marble-like sinks with cabinets, ceramic tile bathtub surround and ceramic tile floors with remainder of floors in the apartments covered with vinyl tile.
